I am an out of network provider for all other insurance plans and may provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

It is your responsibility to work with your insurance company regarding reimbursement. 

If you would like to request reimbursement for out-of-network services, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Therapy is also, often covered by many Health Spending Account plans (HSA) and Flex Spending Account plans (FSA).​

Your insurance company can provide more details about your specific coverage and reimbursement rates. When speaking to your insurance company it may be helpful to ask the following questions:

• Do I need prior approval/referral from my primary care physician?

• How many outpatient mental health sessions are covered per year?

• Is family therapy or couples therapy covered? If so, is a mental health diagnosis for one member required

• for reimbursement.

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• What is my reimbursement rate for an out-of-network provider
